Hi
Anyone ?
October 28, 2021 at 11:30 am in reply to: Upgrade firmware/BIOS before apps within same WMS policy group? #106443My best practice is to create a multi-step update policy sequence. After defining the sequence of updates, then move the devices to the production policy. In order to keep things simple, I have the devices registered to the Default policy to set the basic items, i.e. Time Zone and other general items.
Thank you for the hint.
I upgraded my Dell Wyse to the last build (9.1.4234).
The thin client is communicating with the ndes server, but I have another error. The device tries to renew a certificate that does not exist.
I open a case and let you know.
Hello.
As stated in the documentation if we provide the admin account, password and domain, the enrollement password should be filled automatically.
Hello.
I have a separate server for the ndes role.
As I said my original post, I was able to generate a certificate for the device manually.
It seems that the automatic process could not get the Enroll password from the ndes server. I see nothing in the ndes logs but this :
2021-10-26 14:47:54 172.16.99.47 GET /CertSrv/mscep_admin/ – 80 *****\svcndes 172.**.***.39 client-service – 200 0 0 142
Hello.
I have set the same configuration as you have done with the Admin User, Admin User Password and the Admin user Domain.
I cannot generate the certificate automatically.
I have these lines in the wlogd.log file :
W/WebUIProc/WebUIModule (1/1) scep auto enroll check …
W/WebUIProc/WebUIModule (1/1) scep auto enroll failed: scep enrollment password not found
W/WebUIProc/WebUIModule (1/1) scep error: “scep auto enroll failed”Have you got any idea please ?
I had heard that it was coming eventually during a future release of WMS. Starting with the ability to pull information (not send commands). Maybe Jim can confirm
Hello
When using Microsoft Teams with HDX on Citrix with a DELL ThinOS 9.1.x Client we have (sometimes):
– Problem with signalization of incoming calls (Call ist not shown in Teams)
– Lost of Audio-Signal (about 10 sec.) in the middle of a Teams Call (ThinClient user cannot be heard anymore for about 10 seconds)
– Freeze of Camera
– Freeze of Screen Sharing
If you connect to the same Citrix Session from a Windows 10 Client or a Linux Clients Client with latest CWA we don’t have these problems.
could anyone please give a soltion for this?
