I am encountering the same issue, Dell WMS v1.1 says “Invalid BIOS File” attempting to add the ZD10_bios.bin to the repository. I have added it to the legacy FTP server, and the 5040 AIO thin clients pick it up and upgrade just fine. Seems yet another shortcoming in Dell’s newer management suite! Does anyone know if we can add the .bin directly to the localrepo folder and the thin client will pick it up? I have not tested that myself yet.

I have a valid maintenance contract, and still cannot get old Wyse firmware from Dell. Spent hours on the phone with them and still, they say they cannot access it internally and will have to “email me links to download”, but day later, still no email. It’s ridiculous.
