    Yes, it checks in just fine, we can send remote commands, etc, etc, but cannot deploy packages.

    We have the same issue here. It’s to do with the fact that when a WDM server discovers the devices, their WDM settings (check control panel) update to reflect the server that has most recently discovered the device. Then, when the other server discovers the device, it’s updated again. Hence neither WDM server shows most devices as fully “green” all the time. I’d recommend that if you have the old server still up and running, turn it down for a while and run a new discovery.

    As far as why you can’t discover some devices… I would say that you may want to check network objects between your new server and your clients to see if you have any different firewall/ACL.

    We just did this the other day on several hundred S30s after someone pushed an unrelated updated with the Time Zone set to Central to 4 different time zones. Worked like a charm.
