    Heey,

    Well we looked into this more and we found out that if you use the optimization you will use the resources of the thinclient ( and the lan connection).
    With this in mind we looked at our firewall and found this problem to be on our side.

    i have looked at this and turned off all the usb redirection i had in the config.

    and as a reply on the other question Yeah i have Teams Optimization enabled in the WMS.

    We are going to look if it has to do with our firewall (Maby the teams optimization makes teams use the ip of the thinclient instead of the server).

    Heey ConfGen,

    Yeah i have it installed. even looked if it was the latest version.
    We are running on a 5070 (latest firmware)

    it didnt work. but we used the production server and that worked.

    Now i only get a cyan screen when i want to upgrade the firmware.

    we have a thin client 3012-t10d and firmware 8.0.311
    i found a 0.512 update file but it gives a error code called : trap data abort

    any idea how to fix it?

    161 is an IP address . i cant change it to a website. do i need to change my 161 from ip address to a string orso?

    003 Router –> 10.2.19.1
    006 DNS Servers –>10.2.19.1
    015 DNS Domain Name –> testdomain.co.uk
    161 Winterm FTP Server –> 10.2.19.1
    162 Winterm FTP Directory  –> Winterm

    FTP files:

    -Fileserver entry on thinclient –> Default settings exept ftp. ftp i put in was 10.2.19.1/Wyse

    the problem is that the thinclient keeps getting stuck at contacting the file server
