We tried to add Timeout=no to the ini file for Wyse 3040 and 5010 / Thin OS 8.5.020 that gave me “Session Connecting has timed out” error.
I used this configuration for VMware PCoIP configuration. Which is like the below lines:
SessionConfig=PCoIP Timeout=no USBRedirection=PCoIP
This situation we see only when the VDI is in PoweredOff State and try to launch it. While it tried to establish the connection it pops up with “Session Connecting has timed out” error message.
If I click “OK” on the pop up, it resets and asks to login again.
If I just leave it, the session launches with the pop up still on the screen. However, if we click “OK” on that pop up, the session is disconnected and brings back to login screen.
Is there anything we can set to overcome for PCoIP session timeout error. Further to this, we see the pop up comes after 30 sec of session being initiated. This is applicable for single desktop users, where the PCoIP session is initiated automatically after authentication. OR for multiple VDI desktop access users with “Auto-connect on start-up” is selected.
