Yeah I can change it in the Global Connection settings, where would you populate this in the wnos.ini file? As i dont want to have to do this locally for all terminals.

We will have to continue using the classic desktop, which is a shame the new vdi layout is much nicer layout.

On a side note.. on the second terminal we have upgraded to 7.0 it has bricked out.. should we just contact wyse and send it back?

    Thanks

    Hi Confgen

Yes, when we start the service and input http://localhost/Hserver.dll?&V99? it comes up with the date and time. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

As ive found alot on this site.. you are very much correct.. The folder permissions on the WNOS folder for Anonomous user had not been set, added these and it now works fine.

Thanks for you help, this site is a great resource.

    Hi HB

I came accross your problem yesterday, which i have since resolved.

Within your firewall settings on your FTP server you need to change your private network settings, inbound connections to allowed, this should allow the terminal to then FTP succesfully.

To do this run WF.msc, left click on the right hand side where it says Windows Firewall with advanced security and go to properties and change the settings under the private profile tab to allowed.

Let me know how you get on
    Cheers
