    Solved!

    I need to use msiexec.exe instead of calling the actual MSI package. (I thought I tried that already, but I guess not).

    I think the file name may be misleading. I’m trying to deploy this as a RemoteApp, so it’s not actually the Adobe Acrobat Reader package.

    Is this a general problem with WDM executing an MSI? If so, I can just try to deploy these another way.
