Ok. That helped.
What I was trying to do is plug a printer into the parallel port on the back of the S10L and use it as a network printer.
With the following in the .ini file:
Printer=LPT1 Name=”HP” PrinterID=”HP Laserjet 4″ Enabled=yes EnableLPD=yes
DefaultPrinter=LPT1I went into Windows XP and edited a printer. I selected Add Port, Standard TCP/IP Port, New Port, IP 10.168.4.10 (for me, a statically assigned DHCP IP), I kept default IP_10.168.4.10 Port Name.
Windows XP could not identify the LPD printer type, so I selected Custom settings, changed the protocol to LPR and entered a Queue Name of HP.
With that port, I was able to print to the printer on the S10L from my laptop. But, please let me know if this is the best way to do this.

Hi Kent,
I have tried your wnos.ini with my V10L and it worked without any issues.
I would highly recommend to use my ConfGen tool to generate your wnos.ini file to prevent mistyping and long parameter searches.
As your wnos.ini works with me it could only be a a reset to factory default issue or it is reading a second ini file. Do you have any other ini files in the wnos directory?CG
I tried ConfGen and it worked great! Not sure why I was having issues, but am having none now.
A side question. Is there a way to do an alphabetical auto-arrange of the icons on the desktop? I have an include for a few people go get an extra program/icon. That icon shows first, and out of alignment with the other icons.
Resetting to factory defaults does not help. I still have 2 copies of each icon.
On my V10L my ThinOS version is 6.1.0_8.
