    My mistake – I was looking in Current User when logged in as Administrator!

    All sorted now on the NT machines – thanks for your help on that.

    Any ideas as to a way to get USB support on the XP machines, or would the only way be to update the firmware?

    Thanks for your reply, I did try this but it doesn’t seem to work.

    Administrator account is fine – I can see C, D (removable) and Z, but in the User account I can only see Z.
