ConfGen,
Yet again thanks for your help and the advice.
Yes it does.
If the user manually clicks onto the icon, they are presented with a authentication dialog box which once completed works OK.
If I have the Write filter turned off (red icon system tray) it work for the User account so I guess it is some sort of permission issue.
I just wanted to autorun the PNagent.
Thanks again ConfGen.
Thanks ConfGen.
I reason I ask is that XenApp 5.0 Rollup HF 4 makes reference to minimum ICA client of 6/7 but I wasn’t sure. If anyone out there knows the answer give me a shout.
Hearing about all the issues with that particular HF I will be keeping an eye on this to see when the official fix to resolve connections from ThinOS devices have been resolved.
Resolved.
Building another PC to run the NetXfer software using MS Java fixed it.
ConfGen
Just a quick note of thanks.
The entires you have provided have now silenced the bleeps!
😆
Found the command:-
FixLicense=clean
I am presuming that it is safe to leave this syntax permenantly activated as all it will do is remove the token license file everytime a Blazer starts up.
Hi ConfGen, did that in the beginning. Did you put your IP address in ‘ ‘ marks?
Doesn’t seem to work for me.I will open up a case with Wyse support and advise shortly.
Yes,
The 1125SE units are picking up the time OK, correctly displaying this in the system tray.
Hi ConfGen, it is 5.2.035
HI TT,
Forgot to mention that I did change the value over to the IP Address but it made no difference.
The TimeZone and BST values have been picked up OK but the clock does not appear in the system tray.
Hi Guys,
I have just rolled out some V10L units and have noticed that the time is not being displayed on the these devices.
The system logs repeat on the syntax:- contacting NTP
Weird as this works fine on the 1125SE units.
Any advice?
Thanks TT.
Really stupid question coming up.
How do I get the EraseTSCal utility added into rapport as a ADDON?
Thanks TT,
I wil give this a go.
By the way, is there any mileage in using the clear license feature for the thinOS devices within WNOS.INI while we are on the subject?
TT,
Believe it or not, following the wnos.ini changes to get the timezone to work, it has now allowed me to get the functionality for the reboot and wake on lan commands to work at the same time.
Another big thank you.
