Could you please confirm how can we move all my data / configuration from our Production server to DR server where both sites are not in sync ?
I tried moving RapportDB from Prod DB server to DR DB server, however, The WDM application failed to run.
Please suggest.

Could you also please confirm what all are ports involved in WDM-C10LE communication ?
In my environment, Thin clients are located at different location and connected to WDM server with firewalls.
We observed, most of the devices are not able to accept command issued from WDM console.
Also, none of the thin client able to upload the OS/HAgent/VNC logs to to WDM server
Could you please help us in correcting the settings ?
