    Hi everyone,

    I talked too soon.

Downgrading the firmware version only worked for a couple of workstations. The rest who have a more serious instability still have a problem: ghost clicks or double clicks.

    Regards,

    Hi everyone,

We found what was causing the problem.

Dell Wyse 3040’s running on Dell Thin OS must not run on firmware version 8.6_027 or higher! This is a verified and tested fix!

To anyone who has this problem – and certainly will because newly bought Wyses will have the latest firmware version – downgrade the version to 8.6_013 or 8.6_027 and ELO’s touchscreen technology will work fine.

    Cheers!

    I forgot to mention:

The TCs are currently controlled by WMS 3.2

Every time we tap on the screen, the the Event Log of the Thins OS registers “coordinates” outpout_index_by_pid_vid: connector pid=2201 vid=8f15 not attached to a output

    Hi CG,

I have not. You mean entering the parameters as in an INI file?

If I want the Wyse to reboot 60 seconds after the broker session logs off, what would I enter?

    Is this correct?

No Global INI  “checkmarked” or not?

    Line 1 : AutoSignoff=yes Reboot=yes

    Line 2 : ShutdownCounter=60

    Thanks a lot!

    Anybody?

The default 10 sec. countdown for some reason put us in situations were they create temporary profiles in our RDS Farm when they logoff for updates. I’m having a hard time finding any kind of help anywhere on the internet about this and this is the only forum I found with enough Wyse users to help me out.

    Thanks
