Xendesktop 5.5 XP Desktop on WYSE C10LE

    Hi Everyone
    I have a strange issue on a customer site. The customer is using Wyse TC C10LE with Xendesktop.
    They have XP and windows 7 vdi’s. Now they want to shadow users for helpdesk reasons.
    If they shadow a windows 7 vdi there is no issue. But they can’t shadow the xp vdi. Now it is a wyse issue because when we logon on the xp vdi on a windows client there were no issues with shadowing.

    The shadowing is through the desktop director of citrix which is based on the remote assistance of MS.

    Can anyone help me with this strange issue?
