Thanks for the tip but I allready tried that.
I allready spent a lot of time on the config of the wyse tc!
September 30, 2011 at 11:09 am #21127Are you using the “Configuration Generator” ? (check the download area if you don’t have it)
This helps a lot if not it’s the best way to configure your wnos.ini

Jep
everything works now for me except of the usb mappings. Anyone has a suggestion. On a normal fat client I can access my usb keys. My wnos file is as below

This should work. If not, make sure Floppy mapping is allowed on your Citrix server.

Ok it works now! But it looks like the NTFS FileSystem is not supported. Only the FAT32?
Also plug and play doesn’t work. User must before he logon push his usb key in the tc.Can somebody confirm this?
October 4, 2011 at 2:43 pm #21139NTFS is not supported – correct.
With MapDiskUnderZ parameter you should get a “virtual” disk names Z:. If you plug in your USB stick after the session was enabled, there is a subfolder under z: created reflecting your stick.
Plug and Play will be supported with XA6 and the new 7.1_033 firmware which was released today.CG

Thank You very Much Confgen. Everything works perfect right now!
Just one small issue with the screen resolution. There are different screens in the environment so the tc must choose the best option.
I use “Screen=1 Resolution=DDC” but looks like this isn’t working. Can you help me?
October 6, 2011 at 1:11 pm #21152If you read the manual you will see that “screen=1” and the “resolution=ddc” value are default (check out page 43) and therefore bold.
This means if you don’t change it this will be the settings which will be used, so only change it if you want something else compared to the default.
btw how is the Wyse device connected just DVI or with a converter in between ?

Ok thanks, There is a converter in between.
October 6, 2011 at 1:58 pm #21154And this converter will stop DDC from working.

Ok I have solved the resolution problem. It was due to a setting in citrix.
One last question. When a user push shutdown of the tc he reboots. I don’t know why :sOctober 7, 2011 at 10:02 am #21159I love this 😛 :

I would remove the line “ReconnectFromButton=2” not sure are about the parameters (could check out the manual), but this could be the issue.
