hi support,
our client is encountering “ICA:(desktop group name) connection timed out” error with Wyse Xenith but when they test it with a PC they could connect to their virtual desktop. they also have tested Xenith with xenapp and was able to run their published apps. the client has used only DHCP tag 181. I am not familiar with citrix and xentih, may i know how to resolve this?

Do you have any special characters in the desktop group name like “&”? Remove it.

Also check the c:windowspfirewall.log on your desktops if they have the Windows Firewall enabled
