i have been trying to get tcx (usb) working with any usb device on my v10l. i have the tcx eval installed on my xendesktop virtual desktop, but when i log in to the desktop no usb devices appear. i do see in the sys info log of the wyse terminal this message: invalid tcx usb key. now, i think my problem is that i dont actually have a key. from what we were originally told from a wyse rep is that the server suite would hand out the key to the terminal. from what i have been reading, i dont think this is correct.
my question: do i need a key to manually enter into the wyse terminal (or via wnos)? thanks in advance.
Neil
If you install the TCX demo suite on the server (in the session), then you do not need a license key unless you have a very old V10L firmware running.
Do you have 6.5 or higher?
