Hopefully I’m posting this is the right forum, I’ve tried to search for a couple answers and they haven’t clarified very much. I’m a WYSE n00b, so bare with me.

I have 2 Windows 2003 Terminal Servers that my users RDP into from these V10Ls, and they are set up to be dual screen. But, when users try to maximize a screen, it instead spans the program across both screens, instead of maximizing the program in the screen it’s in.

I’m not entirely sure what OS these WYSE clients are running, because we bought them off of eBay, but it looks like Linux to me. When I go to the System Information, it says the system version is 6.4.0_06

I’m guessing I’ll need to install some kind of utility on the terminal servers, what would I need to install? Or would the utility be installed on the terminals?

Thanks in advance for the help.

This is the typical behaviour and will also happen when connecting with a dual head PC.
Install the Wyse TCX Suite Eval version on your server. Choose only TCX Multidisplay during the install. This part is free of charge and will not expire after the eval period. It will solve your issue.
