wyse sx0 s30 network printing challange

    I am using 8 of these wyse terminals. Two of them show mt network printer but will only allow me to do screen prints. When I try to print a pdf or excel file it tells me to install a printer. Has anyone had this happen before and if so what was the fix? Please help

    Where do you connec to? How did you create the printer on the S30? How is the printer attached? What printer? What firmware on the S30?
    Come on, give us a few more info.

    sorry. CE 5.0 firmware. It is a network printer HP 4000. All of my thin clients connect through the network. My data center created the path remotely.

    Where do you connect to (RDP or ICA)? How did you create the printer on the S30? What EXACT firmware build?
