    Hello,

I,am trying to image S30 into a S10, but it will not work.

    I’am using this manual.

When I start the TC en press P the TC starts in PXE. The TC gets an IP and then I get the following message:

    Rapport PXE
    Auto-Select:

    UD 192.168.68.214

    Could not locate boot server

I disabled all firewalls. Does someone know what’s going wrong?

So, you have installed the Wyse Simple Imager on some machine, added the image and now want to convert the S30, correct?
Is there any other PXE server running on the same network? Any DHCP server that is handing out some special DHCP option tags?

    Yes, correct.

    1. This is the only PXE Server.
    2. There’s one DHCP server (not the same server as the WSI).
    3. DHCP Options: 161(Wyse FTP Server) and 184(Wyse FTP Server Username). That’s all.

    Thanks!

What IP has your WSI Server? 192.168.68.214 or 10.1.1.12 as described in the WSI setup?

Set it to 10.1.1.12 and try again.

Oke, but this means it is not in the same subnet? Our netwerk ID = 192.168.68

You should read the WSI install guide and follow it.
WSI should never ever be installed in production environment. DHCP server should be locally on the WSI server as well as TFTP.

    Strange.

In my network it’s working fine, without using that IP address. And the DHCP is installed on another server…
