Request help with an error in WSI “Unable to create product directory. Add image failed.” Occurs when I try to load an image to WSI. This is my first experience with WSI, but I’ve followed the instructions verbatim, with one exception: I’m using the XP Pro instructions on a Vista machine. I’m pretty sure I’ve got all the necessary parts, including IIS and FTP working. Don’t understand what’s happening or how to correct it.
I have never tried WSI on Vista and I am pretty sure that this is not supported at all.
I always recommend using Windows Server OS for server tools and not a workstation OS.

I tried WSI from Windows 7. I had to right click on WSI icon and then select run as administrator. Then it would allow me to load the image.
I could never get the 3150 to connect to my Windows 7 machine. I setup WSI on an XP machine and it connects.
