Wyse D50d (Dx0D) not registering with WDM

    Hi folks,

    We have an office with these terminals and they get their settings via wlx.ini. When we open WDM they are not registering? Any ideas on how we can get them registered ?

    We have some T00x ones and they are registering fine.

    Our WDM version is 4.9.1

    Any help would be appreciated

    I do not have a WDM 4.9.1 installation to prove but I am sure this will work with an updated WDM version.
    Are the T00x and the D50D units in the same LAN? Nothing different than the model?
    Then it would look to me as WDM is not supporting this model and you have to upgrade.

    yeah both devices are on the same LAN.

    I’ll see about upgrading. Would we need a new license to upgrade etc ?
