Tagged: D10D, DHCP failed
Hi,
Can someone help here please.
I tried to downgrade WYSE D10D from 8.4.009 to 8.0.508. So device is downgraded, but now there is error in obtaining IP from DHCP.
My steps before downgrade were just to add “VerifySignature=no” after “autoload=1”. After reboot devise is showing this error.
Thank you in advance.
What is the MAC address of the unit?

Hi,
MAC: D89EF3E00692
That’s the problem.
You have a unit with the new Dell MAC address.
There was a fix for this in younger firmware, therefore you cannot run such an old version.
You will have to upgrade the unit again via USB Imager and Merlin image.
