We are having strange issue with WYSE C90 and C10. C10 has updated OS 7 .
While user working on XenDesktop 5 it close the session. Once he/she relogin it establishes connection. This happen with every user once or twice while they are in shift. It is annoying as we have around 500 thin client. There is no issue with XenApp published desktop. There are no error on WI and Broker.
Is there a log which I can refer on C10 and C90 ?
Thanks,
Funtoosh
Does this happen with both clients?
Which exact firmware version is running on the C10LE?
CG
Hey CG,
This happen with both type of client. No matter you use PNA or WI . Currently C10LE is running latest FW 7_0_217 send by WYSE sales folks.
Thanks,
Funtoosh
This has become little critical , any help will be highly appriciated.
Try disabling Session Reliability.
CG
CG,
We have disable session reliability at XD farm level as well as WYSE level. Both of them did not worked.
What about a PC? Does it also happen when connected from a PC?
