    Hi!

I’m trying to use the touch screen of Samsung Flip WM55H with a Wyse 3040 ThinOS client. After connecting the screen via USB the syslog of the 3040 shows the following:

    15:09:43.225 USB: FlatFrog SL-TK55P-20P2-M3-0054 verbunden

    15:09:43.225 VUSB: Lokales Gerät (0x25b5,0x0054,0x03,0x00,0x00)

    15:09:43.247 MTOUCH: intr interval 5

What does “MTOUCH: intr interval 5” mean? The touch function is operational but each tap on the screen is like a double-click (or more like a quadruple-click). Is there a way to “slow it down”? Each tap should be recognized as a single-click.

    Thanks in advance!

ThinOS is very limited when it comes to Touch screens.
We only support ELO and the DELL P2418HT

    Hi Thomas,

Should all remaining (other than ELO & Dell) touch screens work via ThinOS with Generic USB redirection and relevant “Client USB device optimization rules” in Citrix Policies?

I have many industrial touch screen cabinets in my environment (obviously, not supported by ThinOS) which currently use Z90D7s, I would like to swap them to 3040s if possible – do you see any potential issues with that?

    Regards,

This could work. However, as you are technically redirecting the keyboard/mouse function, you should have an additional keyboard/mouse installed.
