    Hi
New here so firstly hello! 😀
It was suggested I post this on this forum for the best source of help. I currently have three of the WT3360SE units and have just obtained a fourth. I use these to setup and run a networked viewing station(s) for showing photographs (I’m a photographer 8) ). When I connected the fourth unit it booted up to the OS screen and I then reset to factory default. Suddently a reddish screen came up with an error message stating possible firmware error, re-installing the firmware may cure the problem.

Since then I cannot bootup the unit and the power light is permanently on. So a couple of questions.
    1. is it knackered?
    2. if not how do I re-install the firmware. I’ve emailed Wyse who have sent me a link to download two versions of firmware 16mb & 32mb but not sure which I need.

I’m a bit of a novice at this type of thing but if anyone can offer any help I’d me very much obliged 😀

    Thanks in anticipation
    Graham

Try to unplug the power. Plug it in again while pressing and holding the “p”-key.

Do you get a “netxfer” message?

    OK quick update.
I’ve just been given another of these units which has supposed to have been tested ok but…….
When I switch this one on I get the Flash memory verification screen and the bar loads screen blanks and then reloads again. This just continues in a cycle and will not get the bootup screen to load. Am I just unlucky with these?
