    Sorry for asking such basic questions but just had another replacement unit and option to re-set is greyed out. Is there anyother way of reseting factory defaults on these other than re-imaging?

    Simple answer: No.
    Although you can try to press “g” while the unit is booting. But normaly this is also disabled.

    Yes it is disabled, I think I need to source someone local toi sort these units out.
