WES7 with RDP client 8.0/8.1 on Wyse laptop x90m7

    Hello,

     

    We have a Wyse laptop (x90m7) running WES7 on it and RDP client version is 8.0 RDP supported.

    We tried initially to connect to our Windows Server 2016 RDS farm via 2016 RD Gateway but we got an error message that cannot connect to remote computer.

    We also updated RDP client from 8.0 to 8.1, but get same error message. We have tried same on a Windows 7 Enterprise VM mounted in VMWare workstation running RDP client version 8.0 and it connects to our RD Gateway fine without any issues.

    Please advise if there is a specific configuration to be done on the client side to enable remote access.
