I have no option tags setup, and it is booting to the only PXE server and is the correct IP address which is progress. This is the only TFTP server on the subnet. Thanks again!
Just another piece of info…it says it is running in Standalone Mode when it boots up and goes to the TFTP portion. I am not sure if that is what it is supposed to say there.
One more thing…I was looking through my TFTP Log and I saw that it says [TFTP] – Read error from {IP Address} 60XX – closed session
Before that message I was getting a No Read Access to C:Program FilesWyseWDMTFTPRootroot.i2u for {IP Address} 60XX.
I hope this helps. Thanks again!
Hi,
60XX is not a Wyse MAC so no issue there, whats interesting is the “stand alone mode” This is not a Wyse message. After the Wyse BIOS screen there should be a PXE message flash up for about 2 seconds with the DHCP server IP and the Boot Server IP (WDM).
After this it will say “local boot” or proceed to the imaging job.
If it is not then a different PXE server is responding to the Wyse device, you can use Wire Shark on to do a packet capture to see what is going on,
Cheers,
-TT
