VNC Viewer Black Screen CL10E

    Hi

    I am having issue connecting to our CL10E terminals in a remote site, VNC connects but I only get a black screen. We have no such problems with the terminals in our two UK offices and the terminal in the remote site is using pretty much the same config but with a couple of Language settings changed.

    Any help appreciated.

    Can you post firmware version and wnos.ini?
