Hi everyone,
I have a strange issue since we get v10l dual head clients.
Our users have two rpd sessions and try to copy form one into the other session.
After 2 or 3 tries the session where they try to paste freezed.Does anyone know a way to fix this?
Best regards,
tmunk
March 12, 2010 at 2:41 pm #17917Which firmware are you running? Can you reconnect to the session? Post your wnos.ini file.

March 15, 2010 at 7:37 am #17925We are running 6.5.0_30 .
After the session crashed the screen turned grey and you can’t do anything with it. After you restart the Terminal both sessions work fine until your copy/paste something from one to the other session.;*************************************************************

March 15, 2010 at 2:12 pm #17928We had a similar issue. Something was causing the sessions to freeze. The mouse would move, but the citrix published desktop the users was connected to wouldn’t respond until the thin client was rebooted. We were also on 6.5.0_30 but have since backed down to 6.5.0_23 and haven’t had the issue since. A call to Wyse on Friday didn’t resolve the issue, but they gave me a BETA of 6.5.0_31 to try.
March 15, 2010 at 7:47 pm #17932As far as I have heard this issue is fixed in 6.5.0_31.
So give it a try.CG
