I’ve got a V10L that I need to be able to connect NTFS flash drives to. FAT32 works fine on WTOS but not NTFS. I researched the issue on google and this forum and it looks like NTFS is not supported. Is this just a matter of getting a maintenance agreement and updating to the lastest firmware? If I were to install a different OS would NTFS work? I believe I read on this forum that a TCX license may enable this, is this true?

I’m just looking for any reasonable work around.

Is it on any other ThinOS models? I was just googling and it looks like it may not even work on the much newer C10LE.

Craziness. If it’s an OS specific issue can I PXE boot another OS or flash it with a small linux distro?

Yup, you can. Be aware that if you format the IDE-Flash you will need to recover your device.

I got a spare IDE-Flash disk and played around with many other OS got even WinPE working (was just a bit slow, and got some driver issue’s with VGA).

NTFS support should come to WTOS next year. For now, it is not working.
