We have a V10L device and have an HP LJ P2015D hooked up to the V10L. Having some trouble getting the printer to print once connected through our RDP into our VDI that we have created. I have checked out the WTOS – setting up printers whitepaper, but must be doing something wrong. Any step by steps help would be greatly appreciated.
Printer is hooked up via USB.
Which firmware are you running on your WTOS devices?
CG
Firmware version is 6.2.0_08
Upgrade to latest 6.2 code. That should fix it.
Version should be 6.2.027.
Cheers

What is the process for updating firmware on these devices? Thanks!
