Good afternoon,
For some reason my V10Ls connect to 4 different TSes only with 8 bit color depth when in dual screen configuration. It works fine (16 bit, as it should) when using a single monitor configuration or S10 terminal. I tried increasing VGA shared memory in BIOS, but it’s already to the max (64 bit). Tried WTOS 6, 6.5 and 7. Wyse support is unfamiliar with this problem. Did anyone encounter this? Should I upgrade TCX multidisplay (currently running 1.1.0.9)?
Thanks in advance.
Looks for me more as a Terminal Server issue than WTOS.
Check the MS KB for this.
Can you verify with a dual head PC?

Looks like you’re right, the symptoms match those described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942610
I’ll try the hotfix. Thanks!
It worked! For some reason hotfix didn’t update the registry automatically, but this can easily be done manually per KB article.
Thanks again ConfGen.
