Hello All,
I apologize if this answer is out there and I have missed it. I have been working with Wyse D10D’s connecting to virtual environments (previously vWorkspace but now Citrix Xen Desktop) and looking for a way to pass a signature pad (Epad-ink VP9805) from the thin client to the virtual it connects to. I have tried variations in the INI involving redirection, used both HDX and TCX along with force redirection with no success. I have also tried setting map virtual disks and printers just in case the pad registered as one of those. Currently running firmware 8.1_027. I also was able to obtain version 8.5_017 with no change.
Any suggestions would be great and appreciated.
Do you have a policy to allow USB Redirection enabled in Citrix Studio?
I apologize, we have been quite busy and I have not had a chance to get back to the forum until now. One of our sys admins did end up finding that and we are good to go, thank you for your help!
