USB redirecion timeout ?

    Hello

    We heave WYSE5010 thin clients with FW 8.5_020 + WMS 1.3. Im trying to redirect usb headset to RDP (Windows Server 2019′ and everythings work, but when user is inactive for a 20-30 minutes, sound stopped working and need to set in windows control panel again. Problem occured only on TC, when im logged via PC everyhing works fine.

    Any idea why ?

    Hi guys, any idea why this problem still occured ? 🙁

    To USB headset redirection Im using:

    SessionConfig=ALL DisableSound=2

    SessionConfig=RDP EnableNLA=yes ForceSpan=no EnableRecord=yes USBRedirection=RDP EnableTSMM=yes
