usb firmware tool pull and push- security key failure

    hi support,

    one of our client has tested pull and push to a z90DW. he had pulled the image then pushed it with the same unit but it encountered a security key failure error. we have also tried reflashing the unit but same error occurs. may i know how to resolve this issue?

    Do not use the latest version 1.15 but 1.14 instead. That should fix it.

    May i know where could i download 1.14? will 1.13 work?. available for download at Wyse site is only 1.15.
