upgraded from WMS1.1 to 1.2_HF1

    Upgrade states it was successful and I rebooted the server ( WS2016)

    Tomcat and Mongo DB services do NOT start automatically.  After I manually start them, I cannot Launch WMS,  the web page in IE cannot be displayed.

    Check the Tomcat logfile for hints.
    C:\program files\dell\wms\tomcat\logs\ catalinaxxxxx
