Hello,
I installed WDM 4.5.3 on a standalone XP pro computer (english) and if I want to create a new package i recieve this error “unable to write to the ftp repository”
I checked the rapport user and changed the password an sync it with the database and test the ftp connection
Any help is welcome
Peter
Hi,
Can you manually ftp to ftp server and try to create a file in the root directory? Does this work? It sounds like a file permissions issue to me.
Also when you import a package import it from the local drive not a remote drive or CD as the package import needs to write a crc.txt file in the source package directory,
Cheers,
-T
Hi,
Yes I can write to the ftp server
The images are on the local drive
Strange thing is that it only happens when the images lager then 64 Kb
