When I connect with the thin client to the Windows Terminal Server 2016, i have the problem that the two screens are represented as a large one.
Is there a way to set the server or Wnos. ini to display two separate screens?
And sorry for my bad English…

You can try
Dualhead=no
in your wnos.ini or configure the same locally in the Display config.

Post client type, firmware version and wnos.ini.

if you are using xendesktop/xenapp 7.11 or above, maybe you have not enough virtual video memory.
