ThinOS is very limited when it comes to Touch support.
Technically, only Elo Touch models and the Dell P2418HT is supported.
Therefore, Viewsonic will not work.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Thanks your replying,

<p style=”text-align: left;”>however, why it very limited ?

Do you mean that need the ThinOS to add such as USB VID:PID to redirect to Viewsonic touch screen, or anything can you suggest me to try ? very appreciated.

If you need local support for Touch Screen, you need local driver support. This is only included for the above-mentioned models.
If you have a keyboard attached to log in and open a session, and you just need the touch support inside the session, you can use USB redirection to redirect the touch to the session.
