T50 printing

    Hi support,

    we have an issue with printing on T50 and a Epson passport printer. the printer model is Epson PLQ-20D. the printer is detected at the T50 but upon printing on Microsoft word using ICA connection, we got garbage printouts. any ideas to resolve this issue?

    Hello Keith,

    I’m new to Wyse, but I’ve been managaing Citrix deployments for a while. Are you using the UPD, or have you installed the Epson driver on the servers?
