T50 and pushing configuration

    Hi,

    I need to push a configuration, taken from a test t50, down to my estate in wdm or via ftp, however using wdm does not work, it just times out.

    Can anyone advise on what is required in order to get this working?

    Which version of WDM are aou running? Any HF installed? What firmware is running on T50?

    Using WDM 4.9.0.

    Firmware 018

    What do you mean by HF?

    You will need WDM 4.9.1 puls HF (hotfixes). Other than that T50 is not supported.

    ok thanks, i will need to get the wd upgraded in that case.

    will take a few weeks to get done, will update at that point.
