    Hi All,

    I’m new to Wyse and Citrix.

    I’m using a Wyse T10 and I have it configured to read the .ini file from the FTP and then to connect to our XenDesktop 7 server.

    It connects and logs in fine but whenever you try and launch any applications it pops up with:

    ICA[Application Name]: DPErrorID: charlotteerrorbadcrendentials
    Please contact you administrator.

    Any help would be brilliant.

    Are you using the Storefront Legacy Interface. This is mandatory for ThinOS at the moment.

    I believe so.

    Legacy support is enabled on the store options.

    In the config ini I set the PnliteServer to:

    PnliteServer=https://hostname/Citrix/Store/PNAgent/config.xml

    The only other real option besides FTP is

    SignOn=Yes
    DomainList=”domain”

    Any idea’s??

    EDIT

    I disabled and re-enabled the legacy setting and it works…..

    Strange but it’s working.

    I didn’t even know about the legacy setting needing to be enabled but thanks.

    Native Storefront support will be coming with the next ThinOS release mid Jan ’14.

    The issue is you’ve most likely change the authentication method of your legacy pnagent site. The legacy site can only have one auth method in storefront. You probably changed it to support single sign on from windows based receiver clients. What I ended up doing is creating a separate store for my thin client and left the authentication method to the default ‘prompt’.
