I have a few T10s that will not fully power up. They get as far as the Amber light, shut off then I have to turn them back on just to get the Amber Light. Any thoughts?????
If only the amber LED is working anymore, this unit is simply dead.

Hi ConfGen,
Do you know what amber light actually mean? I cannot find anything about it in documentation.
It looks like my test device goes to sleep / has amber light on after 15-20min of inactivity even with active VNC session to it. I suspect this amber / sleep mode is causing some of my production T10s to lose connection to keyboards and other USB devices.
Do you know about any way to stop T10s from going to amber / sleep mode?
Regards,
Have you defined any screensaver?
No other idea on how to prevent this.

Screensaver is disabled.
I will speak to Dell support about it.
Thanks
