    I tested some V10Ls here at our HQ in Memphis. Set the WDM and ini files up and it worked flawlessly. I sent these units to Charleston, SC and they started acting strange.

    They are very sporadic on connecting to the ini file and when they do, they don’t connect to the ica file that i have given it. Also, i can remote shadow them about one out of every 20 time i try.

    We are set up on an MPLS network with no firewalls in between the two sites. The only difference it that they are plugged into an Avaya VOIP switch.

    Where should i start to look?

    Hi,

    I would do a packet captureand see whats going on, try putting a device into a core switch in the remote site and see how it goes.

    Also there is a command to set the MTU size on the packet, if your router is not doing this you can set this on the device from the wnos.ini,

    Cheers,

    The only switch we have there is an Avaya switch. Most of our remote terminals are 3-8 people.

    OK, try setting the MTU abit smaller:

    Device=Ethernet Speed=Auto MTU=1380

    Start there and work up, 1420 or even 1480 should work for units on the remote link. Ones in the LAN do not need this setting and can stay at the default 1500

    Cheers,
