    Good Afternoon,

I have just upgraded from 4.8.5 to 4.9.1 (via 4.9) everything was working up to 4.9.0, but once I finished the upgrade to 4.9.1 if I click on a device and try to reboot/shutdown or change any of the properties I get the following message.

[-21472117913] InsertRealTimeCommand: The conversion of a char data type to datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime vaule.

I did try a clean installation first, but had this issue, so I installed 4.8.5 as I knew this worked as I had it running in a test environment and upgraded it, it was only when I applied the 4.9.1 update that I had this problem.

I’m using Windows 2008 R2 and a local SQL Express installation.

And I guess you are using a NON-US server, aren’t you?
When did you download WDM 4.9.1? Wyse posted an updated version which run on non-US server OS also.

I’m using the select version so it might very well be, I cannot remember when I downloaded it, but I’m now downloading the version on the website and I’m going to check the dates as the file names are the same.

I will let you know how I get on.

    Thanks for the info.

Bugger that was it, the one I had was dated the 6/5/2012 so I had downloaded it the day before the international release.

So the SQL issue is now fixed.

The only problem i have now is that they are not accepting real time commands 🙁
