    Hi there,

Currently in the process of updating all our V90L laptops with the latest image from the Wyse website, but have stumbled across a non-terminal issue, but one that is very annoying and confusing users.

We’re running the latest version of Program Neighborhood, if a user runs their desktop Citrix icon, it loads two processes, one which allows the user to enter their login details, and one in the background that waits for the user to press ‘Ok’ and then checks the credentials.

Problem is, if the user enters their username and then uses the mouse to click into the password field, the ‘checking credentials’ process jumps to the foreground, obscuring the log on box. If the user uses the TAB button to move down to the password field, this does not happen.

Although the user just has to click on the log on box in the start menu to bring it back to the foreground, this isn’t always obvious for some of our users, some of which work nights were no I.T support is available. As such I’d much rather find a proper fix for it, rather then trying to teach them a ‘workaround’

Has anyone else had this problem? It seems inherent of the latest image on the Wyse website, I have downloaded and installed the slightly newer release of XenApp from the Citrix site, but it doesn’t clear the problem. I really want to sort this bug out before continuing to roll out the latest image.

    Many thanks.

I don’t think it is image related issue.. I have not found the solution, but we seem to have the same problem.. and we are using some old 9455s in production with old citrix – 6.20….
