Hi there – I have a S90 freshly imaged with the latest software. There is no screen saver set, but there is the power setup which is supposed to turn off the monitor after 20 minutes (by default) which I have reduced to 10 minutes. It does not kick in.
Seemingly, the only time it will kick in is when you actually go in and check those settings. Do that, leave it for the prescribed time, and it will turn off the monitor. If the terminal is then restarted and left, it will not. This is regardless of the terminal being logged into citrix or otherwise.
This is an ongoing issue we have had since we got the S90s – its not uncommon to walk past offices to see terminal on, screens blazing because we have not been able to fix it. Given we are about to do a re-image, I would like to fix it!
Has anyone come across this and been able to fix it?
Many thanks.
Aaron
But you had disabled the Write Filter before you are adjusting this setting, hadn’t you?

Very much indeed so – the setting is definately sticking.
