S90 Performance.

    Its pretty clear that the above two words should not be used in close proximity!

    Has anyone got any tricks to get the most out of the trusty S90? Reducing the boot time would be a good start!

    We have tuned it as much as we think we are safe to do by removing any installed applications that we didnt need and also disabling irrelevant services etc such as Telephony, Wireless LAN Config etc etc…

    No way. S90 has an AMD Geode 500 GX processor which is actually rated with only 366 MHz. There is not much room for improvement. Check out the V90. This one is much faster. Or, if you like the small case, you should take a look at the C90LE.
