S10 5.2 ?

    Hi,
    I was looking for WTOS V5.2 for s10 terminal, but I have only been able to find it for V10 on the wyse website. Does anyone know if this exists and where I could find it?

    Hi,

    Yep it sure does exist, as does 5.3, 6.0 and 6.1 but you will need to have a maintenance contract to get access to the code. Once you have this there is a Wyse portal to download the goodies from,

    Thanks TT, how does one get a maintinace contract? Is this the same thing as their Warranty contract?

    Hi,

    No, you get 3 years standard warranty on hadware. This is software maintenance for the OS, I believe its about $9 AU per unit and it can be ordered from any Wyse reseller (check it out with whom ever you buy your Wyse gear from).

    If they don’t know the part number call Wyse direct and although they don’t do direct sales they can give you all the info,

    Thanks for the clarification TT, there is VERY little info I was able to find about this until now. I purchased the software maintenance from my retailer for $4 per unit, not too bad. Thanks again! 😀

    Awesome, now you have it you can get the latest – if you think its still not up to date just email Wyse and quote you maintenance number.

    WTOS 6.1 will be out soon with 802.1x and USB redirection for S10 and V10L!
